This is a full-time on-site role for a Prawnik (Lawyer) based in the Lodz Metropolitan Area. The role involves providing legal consultations in contract law, drafting agreements, and assisting with claim recovery. The Prawnik will also engage in pre-litigation negotiations, handle cases with cross-border elements, and provide legal support for property and inheritance matters. Working closely with a diverse client base, including foreign entities, will be a key aspect of this position.
For over ten years, our firm has represented both individuals and businesses in court proceedings and provided legal advice on contract law, from drafting agreements to pursuing claims for non-performance or improper performance. We also specialize in cross-border cases, assisting clients in claim recovery from debtors outside Poland and representing foreign entities in Polish courts and administrative bodies. Our expertise extends to property law, including resolving legal issues related to property ownership, as well as inheritance and division proceedings, such as estate division and property disputes. Additionally, we provide pre-litigation negotiation support and handle a variety of lawsuits within Polish and European legal frameworks.
