We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Associate in the Corporate department focusing on ECM.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated advocates or legal advisers with at least two years of post-qualification experience, who have a profound interest in equity capital markets. The ideal candidates will have demonstrated expertise and enthusiasm for joining our interdisciplinary team, where they will engage with complex and dynamic equity capital markets transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in public offerings, private placements, public-to-private transactions and other equity-related activities, both on a local and international scale. We are looking for individuals who are eager to contribute to and learn from a team that operates at the forefront of the legal profession, providing innovative solutions to our clients.
Your experience
We are in search of individuals who, in addition to possessing a strong legal education, have a keen interest in and comprehensive understanding of and experience in equity capital market products. Preferred candidates should demonstrate an analytical mindset, with the ability to dissect complex legal issues and provide clear, strategic advice. They should be results-driven, team-oriented, and ambitious, with a strong sense of responsibility and a creative approach to problem-solving. Integrity and professionalism are paramount, as is the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively in English. We value candidates who are proactive, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges in a fast-paced and evolving legal landscape.
